Believe Leadership Academy was founded by leadership coach, trainer, and facilitator Keree Bradshaw. Over more than a decade, Keree has worked with business owners, teams, organisations, and individuals to simplify leadership and make personal growth more accessible. Rather than teaching complicated theories, Keree has developed practical frameworks and tools that help people apply leadership principles in real life. Her approach combines leadership development, coaching, growth mindset, resilience, communication, and values-based leadership into learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and immediately useful.

How is the course delivered?
Empower The Leader Within is delivered online through a self-paced learning platform, allowing you to complete the course at a time that suits you. Part 2 of the course also includes webinars which are available on demand so that you can continue learning in your own time.
How long will it take?
You can move through the course at your own pace. Most participants complete the program over two weeks while balancing work and personal commitments. Empower The Leader Within has two parts - Part 1 (approximately 4 hours) and Part 2 (approximately 4 hours) - which you complete at your own pace.
Do I need previous leadership experience?
No. The course is suitable for emerging leaders, experienced leaders, business owners, and individuals wanting personal growth.
Is this only for business owners?
Not at all. The principles of self-leadership apply to every area of life and are valuable for professionals, team members, leaders, parents, and individuals seeking personal development.
What comes after this course?
Many participants continue their leadership journey through 7 Success Tools, where they develop practical communication, productivity, and relational leadership skills.
Do I need to complete Part 2 if I only want to complete Part 1?
No. Part 1 is comprehensive and complete as a learning and growing experience. Part 2 takes you into practical tools for applying what you have learned about Self in Part 1, so there is high value in completing both, however it is not essential.
Do I purchase Part 2 at the same time as Part 1?
No, you don't have to. Part 2 can be purchased on completion of Part 1, or if you wish to fully commit you can purchase both and complete them in order at your own pace.
What does it cost?
Empower The Leader Within Part 1 is $395 and Part 2 is $495.
When I enrol in a course, how long do I have to complete it?
Each course has a 3-month expiry. If you spend 30-60 minutes per week, you'll be able to complete the course within 4-6 weeks or less.
